![]() Some people work or go to school all day. when it was the 15 minute timer, I’d just get up and go as soon as I saw a raid or as it was posted in Discord.Īs you mentioned, people have lives. It then encourages me to stay home, wait 55 minutes, and then head out with a group to do a raid. I don’t like sitting at home, opening my game once per half hour, and seeing the four gyms within distance with 60 minute eggs. As a bonus, the more hardcore players like myself are able to bounce around to multiple gyms in quicker succession. Many times in my Discord chat, we had more than one group, some starting at hatch, and some even going in the last 15 minutes. Okay but with the 15 minute eggs, it’s actually a lot easier to coordinate a group, or even multiple groups, because yes, people have lives. Eggs will hatch, mons will spawn, tasks will appear. Catch more pokemons and go back to the gym later. So that's why 60 minutes timer, allowing people to get the team is always better, in every situation. Without us, he would have never do Deoxys alone. Recently I met the guy, who just asked if we are doing the raid nearby. With 15 minutes timer, 3/4 of raid were omitted. And with 60 minutes, more people have chance to be there in time. They just do the raid and those who couldn't be there at the beginning won't do the raid. That's why if the group is at 00:00 timer, they won't wait if someone else will came. Cause they can make a raid now, without being too late for it. People who have a life are happy to have the timer back to the original. Maybe You play 24/7 with 10 people all the time. Not to run to the gym, that is 15 minutes far from my home or from where I am. I want the time to prepare for raid and do it calmly. You leave Your home, everything You do just to play a game? Wow, what a freak.
